Errrrr.... então.

Muito trabalho, gripe atravessando o caminho. Levando em conta que ninguém vai querer ver o vídeo da coletiva da Wanessa Camargo, a única coisa que tenho para postar aqui antes que a semana acabe é um link para o podcast da semana. Dá para ouvir o clima seco e as doenças do sistema respiratório devastando a redação do iG Música.

Tony Wilson 1950-2007

Eu procurei no You Tube algum trecho bom do filme "24 Hour Party People" para postar aqui em homenagem a Tony Wilson, que morreu na última sexta. Mas achei esse vídeo no site da Uncut e po, é muito mais legal lembrar dele em imagens reais fazendo a melhor coisa que ele fez na vida - apresentar o Joy Division ao mundo.

Isso aconteceu em 1978, no programa que Wilson apresentava na Granada Television, em Manchester. E a música que a banda toca depois é "Shadowplay".



Ps: O que eu achei de "24 Hour Party People" na primeira vez que vi, lá em 2002, está documentado nesta crítica que eu fiz para a Bscene. Não vou reler, mas o que eu provavelmente não falei no texto é que eu sempre choro um pouquinho quando Ian Curtis aparece vestido de branco naquele caixão branco e o filme é bastante sensível neste momento. Adoro o filme, de verdade. Tony Wilson teve muitos afagos durante sua vida, não pode dizer que foi para o túmulo sem o reconhecimento devido. Mas podia ter ficado por aqui mais um pouco...

Como falei no post anterior, a entrevista foi uma das mais gostosas que fiz este ano e Marko, o mentor da banda, foi bastante simpático e bem humorado - apesar do dia chuvoso e de estar dormindo pouco (segundo ele, no momento os dias em Helsinque têm 22 horas e meia de claridade. O verão finlandês é mesmo uma coisa estranha...).
